tried again and failed

Hi all this time I mixed 1 month old raw chicken juice and stagnant water in a 2ml syringe then injected it into my wrist.It really hurt. A good infection with in 36 hours but after about 5 days it cleared up. I dont know what to do if I could just get a big clot in there and leave it for a bit there has got to be someone out there who can help. I just cant bring my self to the saw bench I can switch it on and put my elbow by it but I just cant push it in and it has to look like an accident.
