Girlfriend has BIID

After doing some research, I have discovered B.I.I.D.. I guess this is what my girlfriend has. I don't know I can help her, or if she even wants help. She really wants to become an amputee.
Does everyone who has biid eventually succeed in their desires? Or do they change their mind? I don't want her to hurt herself. Any help would be great.

Believe me, they only can go for amputation, near that it is very important to know that you're girlfriend is completely normal. BIID is just a medical word. She is a want-to-be. Most want-to-be's change into need-to-be's. If you really want to help her.... my opinion? help her to become who she want to be.

That's a scary thought. How do I help her get an amputation?
